The first time you ask Zigi to send a message via Slack to one of your teammates, Zigi asks for permission to impersonate you. This will allow Zigi to send messages directly from you to the recipient via a direct channel.

How to approve

1. Click Click here to approve now
2. Check your browser and allow Zigi to share updates on your behalf - make sure to select the correct working space on Slack

1. Open your Slack app and continue - your message will be sent directly to your teammate

<aside> 🤓 If you deny permission, Zigi will only be able to send messages via the Zigi bot, which has a higher likelihood of being missed by the recipient
