Live actions for ticket issues

When Zigi sends you updates and messages related to ticket issues, there are several different types of live actions you can take.

Update ticket status

In the following scenarios, you can update the ticket status in Jira by clicking Update status

Link a ticket

In the following scenarios, you can link a Jira ticket by clicking Link ticket

View issue

When you’ve closed a ticket with open PRs, you can fix the issue by clicking View issue.

See comment

When one of your Jira tickets has a new comment, you can view the comment and respond by clicking See comment.
