Zigi connects to your Github Cloud account using OAuth in order to extract your work statuses (and doesn't store any of your source code, ever.)

Connect Jira

For Zigi to get a full view of your tasks and give you maximum value, including prioritizing your work and handling non-coding tasks, Zigi needs to access your task metadata (e.g., status) in Jira.

<aside> 💡 Note: Zigi won't work properly unless you connect your Jira user

  1. On your Zigi invitation message, click Connect services
  2. Next to Jira, click Connect
  3. On the Connect Jira screen, enter your account URL, your Jira account email address, and your personal API token.
  4. Click Connect

That's it! Your Jira account should now be connected to Zigi.

Connect Github

For Zigi to get a full view of your pull request activity and give you maximum value, including prioritizing your work and handling non-coding tasks, Zigi needs to access your task metadata (e.g., status) in Github.

  1. On your Zigi invitation message, click Connect services
  2. Next to Github, click Connect
  3. On the Connect Github screen, ****enter your account URL and your personal API token

That's it! Your Github account should now be connected to Zigi.
